All non-warranty returns/exchanges must be completed within 45 days of purchase and product must be returned in unused condition.

Contact us at customers@dissentlabs.com for a Return Authorization (RA).  Enclose your completed RA form with the items you are returning and include the original order number found on your packing-slip or confirmation email.

We suggest using a trackable shipping method. Keep this tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is completed.

Refunds/exchanges will take approximately 3-5 weeks. We do not accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Yes, when possible, use the original shipping package for returns.

We offer Free Shipping for US and Canada over $95.
